I strongly believe that music is one of the most beneficial hobbies we can pursue. It is great for brain development and fine motor skills in kids and adults alike, not to mention the tremendous values it teaches like listening, critical thinking, and growth mindset.
But it isn't always fun and games, having battled just about every bad habit and wishing I knew so many things sooner, I am no stranger to the frustrations of learning clarinet.
After years of learning, teaching, and performing, my mission is to make your clarinet and music journey easier, and below you will find the products and services that I have poured my heart and knowledge into to do just that!

My Premiere Self-Guided Courses
I have spent years experimenting and refining to create programs that are easy to implement and get results. These are my core offerings that I am constantly working on to have a bigger positive impact on your playing.
A traditional method book with a teacher baked in.
Learn the fundamentals of creating a great sound on the clarinet, master those fundamentals through a toolbox of warm-ups, and then put it to the test on Short Music Studies that also develop the core fundamentals of music.
Includes Timelines to keep you organized and motivated, and videos of me practicing every exercise so you can see exactly how it should be done for the best results.
Valuable for all skill levels, and the best way to take my philosophy of playing and implement it for yourself.
The full course to finally get rhythm.
I have helped dozens of students who felt like they weren't coordinated or talented enough for rhythm.
But it's not their fault...they were just taught wrong.
What separates people who have great rhythm and those who don't is how they think about it, and traditional ways of teaching it (in my opinion) lead to a wrong way of thinking.
This goes all the way back to the fundamentals and builds up the right skills to have you feeling like a rhythm natural.
Workshops
These in-depth workshops have been a ton of fun! This is where we take a topic and peel back the layers to really help you understand how it works and then take action to improve it in your own playing. You can get access to the neatly organized replays here.

One of the best ways to get started in the QuickStart Clarinet ecosystem, this is a Free Members' Area that neatly organizes my best downloads and videos.
YouTube is my main platform for content, with lots of different things going on there.
Just about every Saturday morning I have a new video covering a specific topic or idea.
On Mondays at 9am mountain time I go live with a motivational message, and encouragement to fill out a practice template to plan your practice for the week.
